Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 888zk platform. By accessing or using any part of the 888zk website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 888zk ("888zk," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 888zk website, mobile platform, and all related gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 888zk Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.
Access to the 888zk Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:
888zk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension of access and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 888zk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances in all associated accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly when it changes. 888zk is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 888zk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 888zk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. 888zk may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at registration or prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or any other government-issued Philippine identification. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawal until verification is completed.
4.1 888zk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20 network), subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
4.2 The minimum deposit on 888zk is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 888zk reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third party and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
4.4 888zk does not charge deposit processing fees on its end; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges for which 888zk bears no responsibility.
4.5 Deposited funds are credited to your 888zk wallet balance and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt. 888zk is not a bank and does not pay interest on deposited balances.
5.1 Withdrawals may be requested by verified account holders at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been satisfied.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account settings and may vary based on your account tier and verification status.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours subject to blockchain network conditions.
5.4 888zk reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal. During such checks, which shall be completed within a reasonable timeframe, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.
5.5 Withdrawals will only be made to a payment instrument registered in the account holder's own name. 888zk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.1 888zk may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be processed.
6.3 888zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any user found to be abusing promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other forms of bonus abuse.
6.4 Promotional offers on 888zk are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and who are residents or present in the Philippines at the time of participation.
7.1 Each game available on the 888zk Platform is governed by specific game rules displayed within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game prior to placing wagers.
7.2 All wagers placed on 888zk are final once confirmed. 888zk does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets except where technical malfunction is confirmed by our technical team.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity interruption during a game session, 888zk will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available data. In cases where a definitive outcome cannot be established, all wagers affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account.
7.4 Malfunction Voids All Pays. Any apparent winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error in software or hardware shall be considered void and will not be paid out. 888zk's determination in such matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888zk Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
888zk reserves the right to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.
9.1 888zk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity effectively. The Platform offers deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible from account settings.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may activate self-exclusion for a specified period or permanently. Once a self-exclusion period begins, it cannot be reversed for the duration selected. Players seeking to self-exclude should contact 888zk support immediately.
9.3 Players who are experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to seek assistance. 888zk supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and encourages affected players to access the tools and resources provided.

10.1 All content on the 888zk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of 888zk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of 888zk's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 888zk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11.2 888zk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.3 888zk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 888zk, you agree to first contact the 888zk support team to seek an amicable resolution. 888zk will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
12.3 If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory complaint procedures available under PAGCOR's player protection framework.
13.1 888zk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
